What you can do in Zeppy
Never lose track of what's due
- A due-today agenda shows every dose scheduled across your plans.
- One tap to log or mark a scheduled dose skipped, with an undo if you tap by mistake.
- Private device reminders for your scheduled times — a reminder only says a dose is due, never your medication name or dose.
Log doses your way, on any schedule
- Log shots or oral doses in seconds, route-aware.
- Flexible schedules: daily, weekly, every-X-days, specific weekdays, biweekly, or monthly.
- Backfill, edit, or skip so the record matches what actually happened.
- Switch, pause, resume, or end a plan while keeping your full history.
Supply, vials, calculator, and reminders
- Track pens, vials, and bottles with estimated runout dates.
- Refill and expiry reminders, opt-in per item — the reminder never names your medication.
- Vial and concentration fields, a reconstitution calculator, and a standalone dose/unit converter.
- See the estimated draw volume for your vial right on the log form.
- Optional cost estimates per dose and per month.
Reconstitution and unit tools perform arithmetic on the values you enter. They are not a dose recommendation — confirm your dose, concentration, and syringe with your provider or pharmacist.
Trends, adherence, and journal
- Weight and other trends you can tap to inspect, with plain-text summaries.
- A gentle adherence view — counts, not streaks or guilt.
- A searchable journal built from your log notes and side effects.
- Search and filter your full logged history.
- Connect a Withings scale and weigh-ins arrive on their own. On Android, pull readings in from Health Connect with a tap.
Reports for provider visits
- Generate weekly, monthly, or custom summaries to bring to an appointment.
- Export a report as print, PDF, or CSV — or take your whole account out as JSON.
- A report summarizes the values you entered — it is not treatment advice.
The parts nobody warns you about
- Insurance and pharmacy: track prior authorizations, appeals, coverage renewals, and refills you are waiting on, with an optional reminder before a date.
- Travel: see which doses fall inside a trip, how they read at your destination, and whether your recorded supply covers them.
- Visit prep: save an upcoming appointment and keep a running list of questions, surfaced the week before.
- Your week: a plain summary of the last seven days.
- Your own trackers, for anything Zeppy does not already cover.
Private, installable, and yours
- Records are isolated per account and never shared between users.
- Export anytime, delete anytime — your data is never sold.
- Install on Android and open it from your home screen like an app.
- It still needs a connection to load and save your health data.
- Themes, accent colors, and units (mcg/mg, lb/kg, 12/24h).

Questions & answers
What is Zeppy?
A private GLP-1 medication tracker for doses, schedules, supply, trends, and provider reports. It's for tracking and education only, not medical advice.
Does Zeppy tell me what dose to take?
No. Zeppy never recommends, changes, or suggests a dose. It records what you and your provider decide.
Are the reminders private?
Yes. A reminder only says a dose is due — it never includes your medication name or dose.
Can I track compounded medication and vials?
Yes. Track vials, concentration, and expiry, and use the reconstitution and unit tools, which do arithmetic on the values you enter.
Is my data private? Can I delete it?
Your records are isolated to your account and never sold, and you can export or delete them anytime.
Does Zeppy work offline?
It installs like an app and opens from your home screen, but it needs a connection to load and save your health data by privacy design.
Is Zeppy a medical device, or is it HIPAA-covered?
No. It's a personal record-keeping and education tool, and it doesn't replace your provider.
What medications does it support?
GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, by injection or orally, with custom names.
Can I bring my data to my doctor?
Yes. Generate a weekly, monthly, or custom report as print, PDF, or CSV.
Can I track more than one medication at a time?
Yes. Run several plans at once and the due-today agenda shows every dose scheduled across all of them, each with its own schedule and history.
Can Zeppy pull weight from my smart scale?
Yes. A connected Withings account sends weigh-ins to Zeppy on its own. On Android, the Zeppy app pulls readings from Health Connect when you tap sync. Either way they are marked with where they came from, and you can edit or delete any of them.
Can I track prior authorizations, appeals, and refills?
Yes. Keep insurance and pharmacy items — prior authorizations, appeals, coverage renewals, and refills — with dates and an optional reminder before one.
Does Zeppy work on iPhone?
Zeppy runs in any modern mobile browser and can be added to your home screen on iOS as well as Android. Android is the primary target and gets the most testing.
How much does it cost?
Creating an account is free.
