Zeppy

Terms of Use

Last updated 2 September 2026 · Version 1.1

These terms cover what Zeppy is, what it is not, and what is expected of you while using it.

Zeppy is not medical advice

Zeppy is a tracking and education tool. It does not diagnose, does not recommend a dose, and does not tell you to start, stop, delay, split, or make up a dose. Nothing in the app overrides instructions from your healthcare provider.

Talk to your healthcare provider before making any medication or treatment decision.

Estimates are educational

Medication rhythm and phase displays are estimates derived from published half-life figures and the doses you logged. They are not a blood concentration, not a measurement, and not a clinical effect. Trend charts and correlations describe what you recorded; they do not establish cause.

Calculators do arithmetic on numbers you type in. They do not check whether those numbers are appropriate for you.

Not for emergencies

Do not use Zeppy in an emergency. If you have urgent symptoms, contact emergency services or a healthcare professional immediately.

Reminders are best-effort

Reminders depend on your device, your browser's notification permission, and a third-party push service. They can be delayed or missed. Do not rely on Zeppy alone to take a medication on time.

Your account

You are responsible for what you enter and for keeping your password to yourself. Use only your own account.

  • Do not attempt to reach another account's data.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authorization, scrape records, or abuse exports and reports.
  • Do not use Zeppy to store data about someone else without their knowledge.

Availability

Zeppy is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime or of data preservation. Export your data periodically if it matters to you — the export in Account gives you everything, in a format you keep.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Account. Some non-health security metadata may be kept for the period described in the privacy policy, and encrypted backups age out on their own schedule.
